TAS lags behind EDE because EDE is the lead indicator. This is technical. Similarily to stocks listed on two exchanges. There is always a lag.
Regarding valuation lag of TAS and EDE this is due to the long term risk profile of EDE, which TAS has a higher exposure of this risk due TAS shareholding in EDE. Hence TAS will exhibit higher valuation lag. Similarily to a listed investment company holding direct equities. Valuation lag can be realised by TAS if they sell their stake in EDE
