Totally agree, I think for transparency since it is legal to consolidate accounts, TAS should do its normal consolidated accounts but also do a separate TAS accounts. It is BS that TAS claims it has EDE cash balance at hand... yet they only control 40% of the company. Even if TAS were to hold 50.1% I still believe the cash at hand should be only what TAS currently holds in their bank account, no one elses. They might have majority control of the conpmany but they certainly don;t have the right to use/claim the cash as their own. Unless it is 100% owned these consolidated account situation just look fabricated to make TAS look better than it currently is.
