Relative value between TAS and EDE, page-57

The question is not so much why it is not in parity but rather why is it so far behind parity. With my last trade I was able to get 1.3412 TAS shares for each EDE sold on my last trade.

TAS has played a little catch up today but still drags the chain. If it reaches parity, and it probably will, then I will trade back to more EDE and less TAS.

As to why, in my opinion, parity is about the fair value you could say "follow the cash". EDE will be the one with the cash flow (assuming that Edencrete lives up to expectations). TAS is the one that needs cash to further its mining aspirations. Cash dispersal, from income or the sale of the asset will go to shareholders. The cash headed for TAS will go via Noble to TAS and not 100% will end up in TAS shareholders hands. If TAS can use those funds to prosper then TAS will get a boost but it will be behind EDE in time.

There is a chance that TAS shareholders could get a bonus distribution of some of the EDE shares. That proposition has been promoted here in the past. Personally I doubt that will happen. If that happened then the TAS SP would get an instant boost.

All my opinion, expressed many times on this forum.
