I compare the share prices because the RELATIVE value fluctuates on a regular basis. By trading this fluctuation it is possible to either milk some cash profit or increase the holdings with "freebies". TAS usually lags behind EDE when there is volatility as there was yesterday. I was able to end the day with more of both EDE and TAS and a cash bonus of $520.20. With hindsight or a crystal ball that could have been $5200.

If you compare market cap then TAS will show as seriously undervalued. There may be good reasons for this. TAS has "other interests" that, in the past, have not been successful. Their main asset of value is EDE shares held by Noble, a Pty company wholly owned by TAS. Any dividends etc paid by EDE shareholders will see the TAS share go through Noble and then TAS who may or may not pass these on in full to TAS holders whereas EDE shareholders will be directly compensated.

Bear in mind that the controlling directors are also the directors of all three entities as well as their advising solicitors and draw fees and remuneration from those three. The market obviously takes this into account. I certainly do.

I have fluctuating relative values which I calculate on market activity. My relative value now is 1.2 TAS equals 1 EDE based on recent events and I traded yesterday based on that relative value.
