thats correct mick.. awe needs to raise the bid to get adi, thats their game plan.. not often that the first bid wins out..
thats why i am investing more capital into it.. there is no way adi is in any position to stop this takeover bid given todays circumstances..
i am investing on the basis the awe bid will be raised
re the cap raising, adi has plenty of cash in the bank and wont need to cap raise atm.. currently aut is needing to cap raise in the very near term.. what my point is there is that a cap raising will always dilute a share. and with a substantial one its more likely to impact harder. whether it can be absorbed with the increased value of the awe bid putting a floor in the share price is is yet to be seen.. for the directors its a tough time to call it, one day the world is 2% up the next its 3% down.. that volatility is what concerns everyone.. oil is all over the place atm..
once its in a position to run for 6 months or more, i will be diving in to aut.. but until then i am sitting it out..
my thinking is that the pending cap raising may be swaying the drive on that AUT share when the likes of eka have risen in unison with adi.. but then again i could be wrong and aut may just rise out of the ashes and sail to $1 and the buying on eka may be due to similar reasons as adi..
imho with my timings lately, i am due to call a wrong one.. and i would love to be wrong on aut as i know plenty in that share that deserve all the gains they can get
cant be right on every move i make on the share market imho.. lol
