Tax situation is under control and no further advice is necessary. All the advice in the world wont change the rules. I accept the rules and work within them. I'll pay any tax I incur while at the same time minimising the tax. That is why I don't want to sell 1,000,000 before Nov5th. A sale before then will incur much more tax than a sale after then.

I also believe that the full potential of the ADI shares will not be reached before the end of this year. I have been with this one long enough to have earnt the right to enjoy the full benefits of the investment.

I will continue to fight any takeover bid that I think is unfair. This one is grossly unfair.
