i think if all adi holders wrote to the ato and asked them to tell AWE to stop the bid cold as nursery has a CGT issue then the problem would be solved.. i am certain the ATO will immediately impose a moratorium on the bid and declare it "unfair and unreasonable" also

in the mean time can every focus hard on solutions for nursery, perhaps get solid tax advice at their expense and post it on this forum for nursery..

this is an incredibly serious issue that imho AWE had not accounted for.. and imho the fact that AWE did not calculate the CGT issues that nursery has when attempting the bid, demonstrates to me how unreasonable they are..
