now of course the really curious part is played out..

AWE will tell all that the 107 pages released in the adi response is total rubbish.. they of course will do their utmost to devalue the share any way they can right now..

strongly and publicly..

imho a very curious situation, where a major shareholder suddenly becomes a major critic of the value, and telling you it is worth less..

this will lead to the instability in the sp they are keenly seeking, a strategy i dont really admire. but its part of what the major shareholder wants to do to shake up and demoralise the fellow shareholders and long term holders..


the telling blow to AWE is that they are currently out of the play for the share, each and every day the share is being picked up above their bid price.. so far they achieved little in terms of their goal.

retrospectively the two partners in the play, EKA and AUT are holding up with the adi share in this deep volatile economic downturn.. curious..

imho its time for them to discredit, refute and dispute any alleged independent report valuing the share above their low ball bid.. they will dispute the upside like there is no tomorrow,, and do everything in their power to make it as hard as possible for adi to achieve anything that is fair and reasonable to the shareholders..

watch out holders.. AWE is about to set themselves upon you..
