SG Hiscock has a Listed Property Securities Trust. They were one of the first managers to establish a Global Listed Property Securities Trust and in 2003, SGH entered into a JV with LaSalle Investment Management (Securities). LaSalle is one of the worlds largest global property investors.. They seem to know what they are on about. I don't think any one has been accumulating of late, Hence low volume - Low volume could also be that we hotcopper posters are not buying LOL.... Need news before we go anywhere.
