In a nutshell that is it. But, we wouldn't have had to come up with the costs of building a full and blown out proper processing plan either, and that would have saved us a hell of a lot of money.
Now, we had more than $30 million in the bank too and that would have gone a long way towards getting the mine ready for sending the raw material to Glencore for processing and then....................the money would have started rolling in.
At the point in time, I am sure that, if the samples were good, Glencore wouldn't have given a second thought about digging deep in their back-pocket and pull the fat cheque book out, and Bingo..... the AOH shareholders "US" would have been in a better position than what we are now and possibly laughing all the way to the Bank.
Now instead we are in an hope and dream situation. Hoping that CMCMC will do what they planned to do and not sell our mine to someone else, and dream that they will keep up with their commitments and that we will start to get the benefits from it all. At this point in time...................Big dream that one mate......
That is the difference between been a bean counter and a Geo....
A bean counter look at the facts and figures in front of him before deciding or recommending what to do, while a Geo lives in fairy-tales Worlds.
Hence why, when someone goes for a loan of looking for sophisticated investors or Financial Institution to fund money, they always lean towards what a bean counter has to say and what he/she will present in front of them, not the pies in the skies that a GEO is accustomed to.
