Moving on, it is arguable that LT investors have been shafted. We are entitled to vent about it.
I’m stunned at the cynical moves, including the timing to include Easter when clearly people would be distracted.
The failure to clearly signal precisely how retail investors had a vote more powerful than based on number of shares held is potentially misleading and deceptive.
Breaches may have occurred. The belated Ann just before voting closed that your vote counts did not spell out how and why retail investors were indeed much more powerful than they knew. Someone was reading HC and realised it was a potential ground for challenge?
Despite finalisation of the process in Court of the SOA there may still be legal avenues open. I’d like to make a strike for the long suffering muppets , really I would. Who knows where this may lead. Have a think about the discovery process.
