An update from FBU this morning. The company is raising capital, at NZ$4.80, about a 20% discount to the last market price ( 1 for 4.46 entitlement offer).
Of interest to REH shareholders, the presentation on page 21 states that WES has confirmed to FBU that it does not hold FBU shares.
