The rally may take some time to eventuate. Eventually buyers will come and as the volume is tiny (some days less than $1 million worth of shares trade hands) when 'they' come it will be big. A $1 plus stock price is a real possibility.
This stock has a well supported floor and with other airlines paying 50 cents plus for stock ... it's kind of like fishing, the nets are set and all one has to do is wait.
