I agree, however I will be making a submission to the ACCC, the old Tiger will never get up after being grounded by CASA, people in Alice Springs are excited about getting their services back under the new management regime and the eventual link up with Virgin and Tiger in Singapore will make Virgin competitive with Jetstar after the Etihad linkup. The future direction of Australia is linked with asia and for the ACCC to stand in the way of this would give Jetstar an uncompetitive advantage. You can bet that Qantas will try to stop it because they see itb as a threat to their Jetstar Asia markets. i encourage everyone to make a submission to the ACCC.
