Ok, just a think-tank here. But Evolution has surpassed its highs, Northern Star has done the same, and Regis tested $2.20 (still way off highs) and fell back.
The theme is volatility moving forward, and companies with little or no debt with nice dividends generating good profits will thrive. That's why the GOLD sector has a very bright light at the moment.
The POG will fluctuate, but unless there is a large increase in the Aussie dollar along with the price of gold being stagnant or going down, these Aussie gold miners will be cash cows.
Where will Regis go if breaches $2.20? What's the next level of resistance? When will it buy back the shares it said it was going to do?
