I'm a bit more bullish.
Currently the market does not even imply a 50/50 chance of VXR getting SS into development and can turn quickly.
If, like you say, they deliver a positive DFS and some low dilution financing/project development partnership then all of a sudden it becomes very real. I don't think there are any major technical issues left to address and the approvals will come in time so who/how they finance with is key. If they can solve this, most likely as the DFS concludes, then I think we are looking at a very sharp re-rate to 60-70c..
