I don't think there are any major technical issues left to address and the approvals will come in time so who/how they finance with is key. If they can solve this, most likely as the DFS concludes, then I think we are looking at a very sharp re-rate to 60-70c..

VXR is my dark hourse in the portfolio. Have been holding for a while. If it re-rate 5x from here we are laughing.
