She didn't denounce him, she used this as an opportunity to spout some left wing agenda conspiracy plot when the lunatic referenced her directly. She could have argued that what he said was a delusional misinterpretation of what she has said but instead she has opportunistically used the moment to throw abuse at her opponents and appeal to her base.
