I don't believe insiders are buying. Insiders would be the directors and the senior staff members of DGR. I would be surprised if the biggest shareholder outside the Mather entities, which is Tenstar ,would also be given inside info.
I am a top 15 shareholder and whenever I email Karl S he is very professional and doesn't reveal any matters not in the public domain.
There are rules regarding directors and staff buying. Ethical coys have in place blackout periods where Directors and staff cannot trade. The SOLG MRE ann has been telegraphed publically as being potentially very good. That ann may not come through until later tomorrow night. If you feel confident that 0.10 is a great price to get in at you can buy all tomorrow unless SOLG announces tonight.
This is not a short term stock as the directors are very low key and there is seldom any irrational exuberance on the DGR thread. We don't see momentum exhibited like the Pilbara darlings. I have a cobalt stock which has gone from 0.17 to 0.81 since October. Unfortunately I hold a more modest number than I do in DGR. I will stay with this cobalt stock in the long run as I believe profoundly in the electric vehicle revolution which will drive Co, Cu, Ni, Li etc. Remember DGR has a massive number of properties within its subs prospective for the EV metals. The ANW ann today was extremely understated. Serpentine is a marker for Co but it wasn't really emphasized at all. Another Coy would have been swinging from the chandeliers.
I grabbed another 150k yesterday when DGR was beaten down to 0.094 not because of inside knowledge but when a mining coy trades at around a third of its pre tax NTA which is composed of cash and easily tradeable listed assets the investment proposition is too compelling to ignore. I was not being flippant earlier when I said Ill leap in at 0.08 if you can jawbone the price down there.
