While I agree that the shares seem oversold, the report highlights two concerns - rising interest bearing debt and the impact of high capex on cash flow. To a large extent, these issues will be addressed if the logistics business is sold for a reasonable sum.
Still, even with DPS dropping to 14 cps (fully franked) that's a yield of nearly 6% at what I hope is a low point in the cycle.
