Hmmm. ... I was lazy and simply divided $75 million into the market cap of $945 million showing on Hotcopper at the time I posted to come up with PE 12.6x. It still shows market cap of $945 million at the time of typing right now.

If I divide $75 million into 331.6 million shares (as per most recent half year accounts) I come up with EPS of 22.6 cents and a PE of 11.3 at share price of $2.55. Market cap should be $845 million NOT $945 million.

Apart from share performance rights which are immaterial for this calculation, I am not aware of any other securities which would dilute the earnings.
