    Some ramblings

The goal of 'owning the stack' may be achievable in the elite space. Selling complementary products to the same clients makes sense. However, selling a consumer product and building the necessary marketing channels is outside their area of expertise. They are right to cut funding to the development of this market for the time being, and focus on their core business. Good decision. They are experts in the tech, but not the marketing.

Need greater diversity on the board.

I think once the new ceo and cfo are in place, the chairman should look for his own replacement. I think he appears to be a person of great ability but I'm not sure he is right for the job. The four founders own nearly half the company and are paying themselves and consequently the other executives above market salaries for sub par performance. Bring the base salaries back and change them to more broadly performance based. At the moment they are just feathering their own nests.

What does Calvin bring to the table?

What are they doing in terms of selling XOS into the European market.
