Why can't Playr be in every major global sports store? Full size cut out of a big name player with a vest on saying "I wear Playr to be the best player i can be. Now you can too"
Seems to me the marketing behind playr has been too niche.
Simplify the message, get it out on the retail floor. lower margin/higher volume and lower associated corporate costs.
If that doesn't work then scrap it.
