I like to see a course of action being taken with any business.

In the case of Family Insights, it has been dramatic and far reaching. Unlike the previous culture that prevailed this micro cap and was deplorable.

Now there is light at the end of the tunnel and a vision in place with decisions being made to reconstruct the business model.

Also they are well down the path.

Money was an issue. imo with this consolidation they will now place themselves in a position to raise cash and plenty of it.
This companies fortunes could now take a turn for the better.

It is not built on flimsy microchip bull.... created by flybynighters. What a joke that mob of losers were that ran the Wangle changeover etc.

It now has a very very exciting product in Family Insights that has a vast array of add on opportunities.

When Frugl gets sorted, and management can get the business model in shape for marketing, these two products may just be very solid money earners.

It may look like a train wreck at the moment and has cost me a substantial sum, but there are many elements already in place to build a very worthwhile company.

This current course of action was absolutely necessary to complete the reinvention of this company. Without it, funds would have dried up, a global roll out would have been virtually impossible, app developments would have been minimal, and all the sound developments put in jeopardy.

Now they will be able to raise meaningful cash with a well constructed business plan and a tight share register.

At last we can now look forward to some action over the coming months.

Sean may just be the grinder that this organisation needed. He did inherit a bloody mess and is only now getting the business the way he envisions.

I think he will do it.
