I have a feeling we haven't heard the whole story regarding Mr Tsang. Something tells me he's not acting for himself but for a Chinese company; like a scout who's been sent to look for IO prospects. I just cannot believe that an individual will risk $5m on a speculative stock like MDX, no matter how rich he is.

I think it's a good thing for MDX and the rest of us that he's on board, more so than RRR. Whether he's acting for himself or a Chinese company, he's on a missions and he'll make things happen...only if we can just get that drilling permit.
