Even though the USD gold price is up from when our market closed on Friday, it would seem all of the major and mid-cap gold miners are down today so must be the strength of the AUD.
Turnover today comprises of the 467k that was listed for sale at COB Friday that have now been sold this morning together with stop-loss orders being hit and some minor other sales of some 80k. Nothing dramatic but disappointing the buy lines keep getting hit with these large sellers but maybe one day that won't be so.
