@Cost_Index. At least there is one happy/optimistic shareholder ;> But from my prospective this deal is suspect, and makes the whole 'put the site in care and maintenance if POS falls further' plan B pretty much impossible.

I get the feeling that the interests of the management/board/hedgefund at this stage are not really aligned with these of shareholders here.

This has been a real expensive lesson for my personally at how not to invest -- but since my holding is (became) pretty meager at this point, I hold and hope that my feelings are unfounded.
