Last night announcement made that the two chung brothers (the C's in CMA) had each sold 10,000,000 shares to Scholtz @ 22c.

Scholtz now has about 15%, at ave 25c entry.

IMO, Scholtz are wealthy old money Europeans, not out for a quick churn but happy to lock up meretec technology from any competitors. Net effect is the insiders took the 22c cash and scholtz now has the register blocked.

IMHO, TPI won't get this puppy at all, let alone with a 22c script bid. And so we've got an insight to the background to the deteriorating relationship between TPI and CMV
