MArket sees it differently. Early dumpers looking at the negatives (west coast underperforming) but when you look at the east coast contract wins, coupled with a positive outlook, buyers are now snapping this up.
Note NTA 33 cents, and reduced debt load. Buyers will take increasingly a close look at this recovery story.
