    More news will Push it up thru 1c on Higher Vol = Breakout Confirmed ..
    We need Low Volume Days .. just under the Breakout Zone..

    So any Rise in Vol Tomorrow ..is enough to Send the Vol into a New Uptrend

    and Breach the 1c Breakout Zone ...on Rising Volumes again.
