Why the market closes at 4.00pm EST, so they can trade up to then, there is also the 10 minute match out after closing as well, as long as there are buyers for their stock and they trade in the day they are fine. Granted it does get a little quiet around now however, I have found that usually after lunch they have another go. I think you may see $0.012 high but probably a close around opening price.
