    I think we are seeing a little market activity aimed at reducing the weighted average price of the units over the last 5 trading days of May...that indicator price is the one that is the basis for the issue of bonus options under the Weiss deal. Seems to me to be a buying opportunity for either a trade or a medium term investment based upon receiving the upcoming distribution. I have bought a few today at what I believe to be an attractive price.
