The one where the only interest in Australian resources has come from china
They don't need what rxl has
even the big miners with good cash flows have suffered of late
Using CR for working capital ? I don't see a lot of choice in the matter

happy for you to blame the number of shares
but it the only issue I see with that is management of said registry- it might get a little easier to manage but it doesn't change the fact that the rest of the world would rather hang onto its cash then buy new mineral resources in the highest project / labour cost areas....
