    Not all IPOs are offered to the retail market. The issue revolves around whether the offer has a prospectus before or after the book build process.

    Upcoming float Monash IVF will not be offered to the retail market.

    Patriot was not underwritten by UBS. Dont know if it was offered to the retail market. But UBS would be the people to contact.
