I do not recommend this stock at this time for these reasons:
1- Dussault's involvement - see ENI
2- too much of the shareholder bulletin content is on dussault's other business activities.
3- the payment from the UK license is conditional. such conditions may not be met any time soon.
4- they are burning cash.
