I'm struggling why Pps Is trying to venture into the UK when so many large investors have totally put Europe as a whole on the backburner until Brexit gets resolved. Just seems like the wrong time to outlay any capitol when risks are so high with such a high PEratio already. My gut feeling for what it's worth.
