JRV have been 'developing' NiCo Young for over 15 years. Nickel prices are about the same today as they were in 2004. Nickel did in 07/08 what Cobalt is doing now i.e. unsustainable price inflation followed by a sharp reversal and a return to the long term trend. If they couldn't advance Young to production then, why is it going to be any different now?
