The gold royalty (and other royalties incl probably Flemington) will be sold to companies that, well, buy royalites. Whether the projects get into production is irrelevant...these companies buy royalties cheap and its a great business model.

Win/Win situation. Royalty companies gets royalties cheap...JRV get significant cash in the bank with a management team that can actually do something valuable with that money.

    Assuming it all happens ofc.

People are also completely underestimating the potential of the Young project as well. Compeltely understandable ofc since they have hardly talked about it.

CLQ was the same...have a look at CLQ when it was in the teens. Almost all the HC posts for YEARS were about scandium or its water treatment tech. Barely a reference in company announcements to their NiCo potential, footnoted in quarterlies. My broker started buying them all up from 6c raising onwards for the nickel and cobalt stuff that they had barely talked about...I posted about it, about its amazing rheology compared to WA laterites (shourced from a PhD thesis thats still around if you google for it) and the coming cobalt craze.

Jervois is following the same trend, NiCo project completely underpromoted, my broker buying everything since 6c raising. There is plenty upside to come once the company starts revealing exactly what they have.
