Its simply about the rerate BM. As Ive talked about for a while now on these threads, as the company hits milestones credibility grows and therefore expectations.
Based on current run rate there is absolutely no reason why the company cannot achieve $7-10M for FY18. Thats a big number when you consider the historical performance of the company. This kind of number supports an SP of at least 10c. As guidance emerges - which will happen before CY17 - the stk will rerate. I see the stock trading between 5-6c until year end. Clearly it has surpassed that Im just saying the av trend will be between these prices. If higher great.
I expect export mkts to improve significantly. As the $A drops that translates to a direct drop in prices for buyers which is great for our sales. Amongst other things the mkt is expecting such events to eventuate leading to increasing sales and NPAT. I could go on.
This is a long term play. The stock must be held as I believe that the financial turnaround has actually completed and this is simply the start of growing sales, profits and business activity.
