owlie - FWD has had a steady increase in price since late August, which imo reflects the recognition by the market of where pricing should be, when quality of management, market segments in which it operates, and steadily increasing profits are all taken into account.
At estimated 2013 p/e of about 14 it may mark time around this level.
Just my thoughts but do your own research.
