In all seriousness, the business has faced a quadruple threat of serious headwinds in the last 4-5 years:

1) End of CDDS
2) Mining boom wind-down and rural Queensland unemployment spike
3) Acquisitions market being overheated by competitors
4) Healthcare insurers muscling in on dentists' turf

Headwind #1 has since disappeared, and i don't know about #4, but i get the distinct sense headwinds 2 & 3 have now abated or reversed to the point where they're tailwinds.
