To be perectly honest, you are not giving the board enough credit. The board and management team at Clover is one of the most highly regarded in the industry. This has been noted a number of times, but management is highly conservative.

On the sale of the plant - there has been no announcement because there has been nothing to announce. If you are worried about it ring them up for an update on progress. My person opinion is that any announcment on sale is a bonus as the asset will and has been written down to zero. You need to take this loss into account as well as a significant impact from the current FX rate. I am trying to get this detail, but the hedging position need to be viewed in context. I am interested to see the amount of sales that are hedged, and the average rate achieved.
