Chart has looked good for a while esp on the MA but we do need some vol.

Hopefully there is a leak but more likely the more positive 1/4 coupled with Chinese New Yr being over so papers move up the intray.

If the deal gets approved and a suitable JV partner is ann we then will get some very nice enterprise value into the stock to add to its cash. At 17c it was ridiculous.There is nothing in the stock for the huge time and effort getting it to this point.China is not about sitting and hoping but its all about relationships...that takes time. lrl will live or fail on the back of those.
