asz is the code --seems they have had a couple of wins but it is a very big market,plenty of room for all, though its a big annual investment 130 staff plus accomadation and support probably around 25mill a year in upkeep at least .so while it would appear they have invested in capacity for expansion,it does not mean all,and the other option might be t/o of cdr,this could be a cheaper way to get infrastructure,at a national level the debt problem would be relatively cheap on that basis.
so lets wait and see, my bet is as previously stated,a choice of suppliers would be more suitable and create a more competitive market,if tails is close to the action then perhaps staff poaching from cdr is noticeable as well
