Who knows, it's possible.
I wonder who it was with those most recent big buys.
We should have been notified by now if it was management or sub holders so there is some others out there who are still confident in the company to succeed. The low capex in relation to big size and high quality graphite purity is an attractive proposition but there will be more cash needed soon, when do you think they will need to tap the market for more, how much do you think they will get and at what price?
It seems all graphite players right now are being dumped.
Talga had a huge run up recently, don't follow them closely but they have lost a lot of ground now again. Nearly all players close to or making new 52 week lows.
If you have exposure to battery material stocks and want to have a cash reserve due to possible global uncertainty you would keep your cobalt and lithium if wanting some exposure, higher demand+less supply and dump your graphite which is currently being dominated by China. I'm hoping demand increase/sentiment change by end of next year for graphite and I think Tesla Model 3 sales are a big factor to the speed at which EVs come to market, which I have said before a few times. Others will be playing catch up if they manage to flog off 500k of the cars next year as predicted. I sure hope they meet those targets. Preferably exceed, a big ask and they are being heavily shorted which shows most don't think they will, they must get it right or their stock will be punished and the whole EV momentum with it IMO.
I don't see any great move in the MNS price until they can lock something in.
If the current annoucement is similar to the last, meaning a bit short on detail, I can see the SP plodding along as per the last 6 months. It's obvious the plan has been there for a while and not just something they made up on a Saturday night on the piss, when you look at the team assembled over the past 12 months. Im still blown away they can attract someone the calibre of Prof Stanley and Helmut who is a career auto industry player As product design and development at Porsche, BMW and Daewoo Motor, business advisor to the Ford Motor Company and CEO and chairman at Aston Martin. It's obvious these guys wouldnt join a graphite mining company and the plans were already there when they signed up. That leads me to believe a lot of DD and discussion has already taken place.
