Can you actually sue the CEOs? I mean we see lawsuits against the company but i hardly see anyone suing the management and being successful. The person responsible for the downfall of CNP, A.Scott is long gone with his millions while CNP is still trading like a cyst. And what about P.Green? All the money he got out of BNB and now he is gone without any accountability just like what is happening in the US. IMO, it is inevitable that cysts like CNP, CIY, BNB and its satellites will burst.
