Just wanted anyone who may had been following this thread or are in the same situation to know I received my refund 2 weeks ago. I went to the ASIC and they handled it quite well, although they were quite adamant that the 'privacy' of the company was very important and they could only tell me so much. As a public company, I don't understand why ASIC does not require complete transparency, but apparently this is not the case.

As far as my few palty dollars left in this company, I consider them gone.
