Mr. Kiernan should go to prison for all the pain he has put shareholders through. He has no regard for others and he should return to his truck driving day job. I have never heard someone spin as much s... as Mr. Kiernan, in person and in the media.
I was fortunate enough to read the signs and got out 2 weeks before the collapse at a 50% loss. I hope you holders get something back from the recap
