Jokes aside I have to say that the decision to stop mining, toll treat ore (keep the mill operating including repairs/ upgrades using someone elses money) and explore the dickens out of Alpha and the northern tenements gives me some hope (from a very low base of course)

Recapitalising ....... at this stage I would be happy to see some debt introduced into the equation (as much as I hate the word debt) if it means that no furtehr share dilution occurs AND the company can create value for shareholders.
