they aint going to recapitalise. they are selling off all assets to pay back debt and then return what is left to shareholders
the only bug bear I can see is a possible action aginst MFI re the non recourse loan with one of the other entities it set up, see the last audit report. Other than that there seems to strong chance at least 6 to 8 c will come back to shareholders so I bought in. the main liability is a con note not due for 6 months which was previously renegotiated anyway
still I'm willing to accept the risk of 100% loss
